Would recommend this company to anyone. Can not fault them at all. Just had the downstairs of my house (lounge and hallway) done in laminate flooring. Excellent service from start to finish. Very friendly and easy to deal with. From measuring up to the finish they were brilliant. Great advice on all aspects of the job. We weren't sure we had the clearance under our doors so they came out with samples of underlay and laminate. Nothing is too much trouble. They turned up on time and did a superb job. Great craftsmanship. We had an excellent fitter called Ash who worked his socks off. The quality was second to none. Great price too. Good selection of floors to choose from. Once again - don't waste your time with amateurs - use these guys.

I’ve just had my whole house carpeted and it looks great. It isn’t the first time we’ve used carpet to go. They did such a great job first time it’s the reason we went back. Their prices are reasonable great service polite and they will cater to your needs as best as possible. Definitely recommended and will be using them again in the future.

We had our full house carpeted. From beginning to end we received professional advice in a timely manner. No request was too much trouble for them. In fact we changed our mind on some of our choices which was accommodated without any issues. The prices were more than reasonable and comparable or better than competitors; the service provided however was 5* unmatched. The installers were also very polite and professional and their work was neat and clean. Overall we are delighted with the overall experience and have no hesitation in recommending them.

After being badly let down by another carpet company , Carpets 2 Go stepped in and fitted carpets in two bedrooms for us. Abdul and his team were superb, we can’t thank them enough , they did an excellent job,, very polite fitting team and customer service. Just had the Hallway-,stairs - landing and front and lounge carpeted by Carpets2Go,and must say the service and fitting was Excellent,and the carpet price was very good,I am so pleased I used this company,and will be using Carpets2Go again,as I need some more carpets,and I would recommend Carpets2Go
